To ensure smooth operations, please note the following policies which will be strictly enforced:
⏰ Class Absences & Make-Ups
-Once payment has been made for the four-week cycle, students must attend all scheduled classes within that period.
-Any absence must be texted to 0420 897 768 at least 12 hours before class to be eligible for a make-up.
-Emergencies must be communicated before class time via text for records.
-Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a make-up if the class is full.
-Missed classes without notice will be counted as attended.
💳 Payment Policy
-All payments must be cleared before class starts.
-Students may not be allowed to attend if payment is pending.
-These rules are in place due to ongoing issues and will be followed strictly moving forward. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
